Data are presented as immunoblott band visualization and densitometry analysis of immunoblott β-tubulin (ng). Positions of tubulin control in amounts of 10 and 30 ng (molecular mass ~50 kDa) are shown above the table. The 28-h-long KAR1 treatment resulted in ca. 23 % of the caryopses with the protruding coleorhiza. The 28-h-long GA3 treatment resulted in ca. 28 % of the caryopses with the protruding coleorhiza and 16 % of the caryopses with radicle penetrating the coleorhiza. Two-way ANOVA with the Duncan’s post hoc test was used to identify significant differences. Means with different letters (a–d) are significantly different (P < 0.05, n = 5)
