Tyrosine kinase inhibitors inhibited cell proliferation in malignant pleural mesothelioma cells. Five malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) cell lines and tumor cells from a patient with MPM were treated with DMSO or indicated concentrations of each tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) for 48 h. After incubation, WST cell proliferation assays were performed. Representative data of three independent experiments (MPM cell lines) and a single experiment (patient-derived MPM cells) are shown.
