(A) A549 and MDA-MB-231 cells were exposed to IR at 0-8Gy and incubated at 37°C for 24 h. Lysates were subjected to western blot analysis with the labeled antibodies. Two independent experiments obtained similar results. (B) A549 and MDA-MB-231 cells were harvested on 0/3/6/24 h after 8Gy (A549) or 4Gy (MDA-MB-231). Lysates were subjected to western blot analysis with the labeled antibodies. Two independent experiments obtained similar results. (C), (D) A549 and MDA-MB-231 cells were exposed to IR at 8Gy (A549) or 4Gy (MDA-MB-231) and incubated at 37°C for 24 h. Subsequently, cells were isolated by Trizol and subjected to real time PCR analysis with the labeled primers. All results were obtained from three independent experiments (***P < 0.001, **P < 0.01, *P < 0.05 versus Ct). Ct, control cell; IR, irradiated cells.
