Safflower extract inhibit expression of pro-apoptosis genes BAD and Bax. H9C2 cells were treated as indicated and then lysed for SDS-PAGE. After the proteins were transferred to PVDF membrane, anti-BAD and anti-Bax antibodies were used to probe the expression of indicated genes.
