Baicalin inhibited PDGF-induced RASM cell migration. A: RASMCs were pre-treated with baicalin for 1 h before stimulation with 10 ng/ml PDGF for 24 h. RASM migration increased 2-fold in PDGF-BB-induced vs. vehicle-treated cells. Baicalin inhibited PDGF-induced RASM cell migration in a dose-dependent manner.
