Adequate controls were carried, in triplicate, both in singleplex and multiplex. Multiplex reaction could not be performed with the combination of 240415 and 234328, because of limitations of the calibrated fluorophores and filter-limitations of the instrument. For each positive assay, in parenthesis is the mean ct value from triplicates with 2 ng of DNA per essay
