Histological analysis of Bauhinia purprea agglutinin (BPA) binding in human prostate cancer specimens. Biotin‐conjugated BPA was added to tissue array slides (n = 4) bearing regions of prostate cancer tissue (upper images, Gleason score = 7–9) or normal prostate tissue (lower images); and the tissues were secondly reacted with streptavidin‐HRP conjugate. After DAB staining, the bright‐light images were obtained with a light microscope. Scale bars: 200 μm.
