In Materials and Methods, in the paragraph headed “Negative-stain and cryo-electron tomography,” the fourth sentence should read as follows (the corrected text is in bold): “Images were captured at a nominal magnification of ×50,000 (×63,636 at the CCD) and binned by a factor of 2, which corresponds to a scaling of 4.4 Å per pixel, calibrated using 0.463-µm-distance grating grids (Electron Microscopy Sciences).”
