The values are divided by the number of amino acids in the secondary structure element and thus represent an average value with standard error. (c) Relative B-factor distribution from blue (mean – SD) to red (mean + SD). The natural substrate is represented in CPK mode (phosphate group in red/orange, other atoms in yellow). For DERAEC, PDBID 1JCL12 has been used.
