(A) Azole sensitivity test. The mycelial plugs of wild-type, ∆csp-1, and ∆csp-1, csp-1 strains were inoculated onto plates, with or without azoles, and incubated at 28 °C in the dark. Images of colonies were captured after 24 h. (B) Relative growth inhibition rates. Relative growth inhibition rates were calculated based on colony diameters. Values of three replicates were used for a statistical analysis. Means of the inhibition rates are shown, and standard deviations are marked with bars. Values with extremely significant (P < 0.01) and significant differences (0.01 < P < 0.05) are marked with** and *, respectively.
