Autophagic induction contributes to gAd-enhanced invasion. (A) siRNA silencing of ATG7 was confirmed by immunoblot analysis. In cells where ATG7 had been knocked down, the enhanced (B) migration and (C) invasion abilities induced by gAd (0.5 µg/ml) and rapa (100 nM), respectively, were reduced, compared with cells transfected with scramble siRNA, which was used as non-targeting siRNA control.
