Measurements were performed as described in the legend of Fig. 4 with 15 μM C14-CoA, 50 μM C18:2-CoA, and 15 μM C14-CoA in the presence of 50 μM C18:2-CoA. The ACBD6 recombinant forms added to the reactions are shown in Fig. 1. Activity rate values are presented relative to the value obtained with 15 μM C14-CoA in the absence of ACBD6.
