BMOL3 LPCs can differentiate towards cholangiocytes. The LPC line BMOL3 was grown in Matrigel™ to induce differentiation along the cholangiocyte lineage. Ductal structures were evident after 10 days as indicated by arrowheads (A,B). RT-PCR was used to confirm expression of the biliary marker Hnf1b in differentiated cells (C). Gapdh was used as a loading control. Non-template (NTC) and no reverse transcriptase enzyme (NRT) controls were also included.
