ClC‐3 channels were involved in AngII‐induced cerebrovascular remodelling via ROCK. A. AngII‐induced cerebrovascular remodelling was inhibited in ClC‐3 null and Y27632‐treated mice. Representative pictures showed the morphological characteristics of basilar arteries stained with anti‐α actin. Photographs were taken from control, hypertensive mice, with or without Y27632 treatment, in WT and ClC‐3 null mice.
