The GC patients with tumor Ι-II stages were distinguished from the GC patients with tumor III-IV stage by the two miRNAs. MiR-124 shows 0.725 AUC (A), the best cut-off value is 0.0125 with 71.9% sensitivity and 75.0% specificity; MiR-135a shows 0.713 AUC (B), the best cut-off value is 0.1122 with 37.5% sensitivity and 100.0% specificity.
