RPE cells were transfected with miRNA mimics and inhibitors at a final concentration of 100 nM and 200 nM respectively. After 24 hours, supernatants of transfected RPE cells were collected and measured for the production of IL-6 (a), IL-8 (b) and MCP-1(c) by ELISA (n = 5). Data are shown as mean ± SD. Significance was analyzed by paired samples test.
