Western blot analysis of SDG-induced changes in levels of antioxidant/cytoprotective enzymes HO-1 and NQO1, in endothelial cells, after radiation (2 Gy). Murine lung cells (epithelial cells) were treated with SDG (50 µM) for six hours prior to exposure to γ-rays. Cells were harvested at six hours post-radiation.
