Glyceollin I inhibits the LTLT-Ca cell motility. (a) 2.5 × 10⁴ cells were seeded in the upper chamber of a transwell insert (8 μM pore size) alone (migration) or (b) coated with Matrigel^® (invasion). Cells were treated with 10 μM glyceollin I or vehicle control at time of plating. Lower wells contained IMEM supplemented with 10% CS-FBS. After 24 h, migrated or invaded cells were fixed and stained for visualization. Upper panels are representative images of crystal violet stained migratory cells. Results are expressed as the mean unit ± SEM (**** p < 0.0001; *** p < 0.001; ** p < 0.01; * p < 0.05) of four independent experiments in triplicate.
