Alterations of Ret downstream factors modulated by Lrp6 knockdown and restored by Wnt agonists. Western blots were carried out for p-MAPK1/3, p-Akt, and p-PLCγ in mIMCD3 (A, B) and Neuro-2a (C, D) cells after Lrp6-knockdown using siRNAs and treated with or without lithium chloride.
