The figure displays Raman maps of the (a) integrated 2D peak intensity, (b) average integrated intensity of the TS peaks, (c) 2D full width at half maximum (FWHM) and (d) frequency of the 2D peak. The region of increased 2D integrated intensity, located on the left-half of the figure, spatially corresponds with the presence of combination Raman modes, narrower 2D peak FWHM and an upshift in 2D peak frequency. Color markers present in Fig. 8a indicate where spectra of the same line colors were acquired in Fig. 5.
