Western blot analysis of DPP III protein level in the nucleus of sham, hsham, hovx, and hovxe groups of mice. Combined effect of hyperoxia and E₂ administration significantly increased nuclear DPP III level, compared to normoxic sham-operated group of mice (^ap=0.042, sham vs. hovxe) (A).
