Western blot analysis of Nrf-2 and Keap-1 protein levels in the nucleus of sham, hsham, hovx, and hovxe groups of mice. Nrf-2 level is significantly increased in the nucleus of mice treated with hyperoxia alone. Small letters denote p values.
