Alzheimer's patients versus controls classification. The mean, minimum and maximum area under the ROC curve over 50 repetitions are reported, as well as the sensitivity, specificity, and classification accuracy for the optimal point in the ROC. Results are shown for grey matter density (GMD), white matter density (WMD), fractional anisotropy (FA), mean diffusivity (MD), full correlations between ICA components (FC), and regularised partial correlations between ICA components (PC). Multimodal represents the best combination from step 5 of our stepwise multimodal procedure (GMD, WMD, FA, MD, and SPC).
