The three P domains of the trivalent vaccine elicited different IgG responses. Mice (n = 6) were immunized with equal amount of the trivalent (A and C) and mixed (B and D) vaccines intranasally without (A and B) or with (C and D) MPLA adjuvant. The IgG titers specific to individual P domain antigens of astrovirus (AstV P), hepatitis E virus (HEV P), and norovirus (NoV P) after immunizations were determined and compared.
