Exponentially growing cells of strains MML1082 (Δcth1 Δcth2 / CTH2) and MML1081 (Δcth1 Δcth2) in YPD medium at 30°C were treated with 0.1 mM t-BOOH for different time periods, before sample preparation and hybridization with the indicated gene probes. SNR19 was employed as loading control.
