Wnt5a increases the viability of pancreatic cancer cells. (A) Western blot analysis of the protein expression of Wnt5a following Wnt5a pcDNA3.1, siRNA or pcDNA6.2 vectors being stably transfected into PANC-1 and BXPC-3 cells. GAPDH was used as an internal control. The experiments were repeated three times. (B) Monolayer cell culture.
