Overexpression of Wnt5a inhibits the apoptosis of PANC-1 and BXPC-3 cells. The percentages of Annexin V-positive cells were examined to evaluate the effect of Wnt5a on resistance to apoptosis in PANC-1 and BXPC-3 cells. Representative results of flow cytometric analysis are shown in the top panels.
