Cytotoxicity of LY294002 in HLEB-3 cells. The HLEB-3 cells were seeded at a density of 1×10⁴ cells/well in 96-well plates and were then treated with LY294002 for 24 h at concentrations ranging between 0 and 80 µM. Cell viability was then determined using a Cell Counting Kit 8 assay. Data are expressed as the mean ± standard deviation, of measurements obtained from three independent experiments.
