Effects of miR-126 on the proliferation and metastasis of PCa in vitro and in vivo. (A) A CCK-8 assay revealed that miR-126 overexpression suppressed the growth rate of PCa cells. (B) The expression level of miR-126 in stably transfected PC-3 cells was confirmed by reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction. (C) The nude mice xenograft model assay revealed that the subcutaneous tumor of the miR-126 stably transfected group proliferated at a markedly slower rate (*P<0.05 and **P<0.01).
