VRC, voriconazole; FLC, fluconazole; CAS, caspofungin; S-DD, susceptible-dose dependent; I, intermediate susceptibility; R, resistant.
These isolates were categorized according to the standard susceptibilities of the most resistant of the two isolates (C. krusei in both cases).
