Exogenous octamer-binding transcription factor 3/4 (OCT3/4) and sex-determining region Y box 2 (SOX2) mRNA are derived from the transgenes pCXLE-hOCT3/4-shp53 and pCXLE-hSK, respectively. Similarly, exogenous OCT3/4 and SOX2 DNA correspond to the integrated pCXLE-hOCT3/4-shp53 and pCXLE-hSK in human deciduous tooth dental pulp cell-derived induced pluripotent stem cells (HDDPC-iPSCs), respectively.
