Nek9 colocalizes with E4 orf3 in HT1080 cells. HT1080 cells were transfected with pCAN-myc-E4-orf3 plasmid to express E4-orf3, and 24 h after transfection the cells were fixed and stained for Nek9 and myc. DAPI was used as a nuclear counterstain.
