Isobavachalcone (IBC) inhibited the proliferation of MGC803 gastric cancer cells. Cells were treated with 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 or 60 µM IBC for 24 and 48 h. MGC803 cell growth was measured using a methylthiazolyltetrazolium assay.
