5-Bromo-4-chloro-3-indoxyl-α-L-arabinofuranoside (X-Ara) staining of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. conglutinans (Foc) infected root. Roots of the Foc-infected YCR-Rinen (Ri-Inf, resistant) and Delicious (Del-Inf, susceptible) were collected 1, 3, 7, and 12 days post-infection (DPI) and stained overnight with X-Ara.
