Bioinformatic analysis of NPF2.4. Phylogenetic tree shows relationships between the seven members of the NAXT subfamily (the uppermost 7 genes) and seven other NPF2s. Multiple amino acid sequence alignment was performed with ClustalW2 with a gap open of 10 and a gap extension of 0.1. Phylogenetic tree was generated using MEGA package 5.0 with default settings. Names are shown for proteins that are available in literature. Bar indicates the maximum likelihood distance.
