(A) The impact of doxycycline-mediated induction of AmotL1 expression on BC52 tet on AL1 cells invasion was evaluated using Transwell assay and corrected from the intrinsic effect of doxycycline on invasion that was measured on BC52 tet on cells (Mann-Whitney test). (B) The presence of AMOTL1 at the leading edge of BC52 tet on AL1 was measured in cells expressing GFP-Merlin, GFP-Merlin (1-532), and GFP alone in the presence or absence of MG132 treatment (mean ± SD). Inhibition of the proteasome has no effect on AMOTL1 delocalization by Merlin.
