Stress response. Strains were grown in the presence of 100 mM hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), 0.2 mM menadione, 1.5 M sorbitol, 1 M KCl, 1 M NaCl and 15 mM Caffeine, and were heat shocked at 37, 42, and 45°C. Control plate was also performed at 30°C in YPD.
