(b) Overexpression and reconstitution of Nogo-B protein in WT and Ng-A/B (−/−) murine VSMCs as verified by western blotting causes reduced migration toward serum-free (SF) media and PDGF-BB in both (c) Ng-A/B (−/−) and (d) WT mice, as compared to delivery of Ad-GFP.
