Coronal brain sections from PlexinA1+/+ (A,C,E,G) and PlexinA1−/− (B,D,F,H) mice at E14.5 (A–D) and E18.5 (E–H) were immunostained for Pax6 (A,B), Ctip2 (E,F), and Cux1 (G,H) or processed for in situ hybridization for Er81 (C,D).
