The reactions were perfomed at 25°C in the presence of 30 mM MOPS pH 7.8, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT and 1 mM MgCl₂ with 50 nM 5′ “fluorescein-labeled” (nu)pre-tRNA^{Gly 8:1} and 5 μM PRORP2. The k_obs values and standard errors reflect at least three independent experiments.
