The responses in the leaves to inoculation with PVYN and PVYNTN are compared to the mock inoculation (N:mock, NTN:mock, respectively). The log2 ratios of the metabolite concentrations at the different times (i.e., 3, 6 dpi) are shown. The corresponding metabolic pathways were assigned. The statistical significances of the changes in metabolite levels were evaluated (t-tests).
