Mice were given the dose of Zuotai (10 mg/kg, po) for 7 days, and the livers were collected at 6:00, 10:00; 14:00, 18:00, 22:00 and 2:00. Total RNA was extracted and subjected to real-time RT-PCR analysis. Data are the mean and SEM of 5 mice.
