Mice were injected with 0.5 mg/kg gemcitabine only or 25 mg/kg GCV in combination with 0.5 mg/kg gemcitabine as scheduled in Figure 4A. Tumor mass and body weight were measured before every gemcitabine injection. Each data point reflects observations obtained from five mice.
