A–B. The expression of EZH2 was examined via Western blot. EZH2 displayed significantly higher expression in SW620 cells than in the other cell types. Normal epithelial HEK293 cells were used as a control. C. The mRNA levels of miR-506 and EZH2 were assessed via qRT-PCR, and miR-506 displayed a significantly lower expression but displayed higher EZH2 expression in the SW620 cells compared to the other cell types. D. The SW620 cells exhibited significantly higher invasive capacity than the other cell types. E–G. The protein and mRNA levels of EZH2 were positively correlated with the invasiveness of colon cancer cells whereas the level of miR-506 was negatively correlated with the invasiveness of colon cancer cells.
