Categorical prognostic sub-groups of the CLL cohort were assessed for their expression of CD21 using multicolor flow cytometry. A. Binet stage B/C samples B. CD38+ CLL cells C. ZAP70+ CLL cells and D. CLL samples with unmutated IGHV genes all showed significantly reduced CD21 expression.
