A. MTs of Tr cells are highly polyglutamylated. The GT335 antibody was used to detect the polyglutamate lateral chains of any length while the polyE antibody is selective of long chains. B. Ts cells exhibit low levels of long chain-polyglutamylated tubulin that do not colocalize with SEPT2 labeling. Conversely, septins localize to MTs bearing long polyglutamate chains in Tr cells.
