The final concentration of siRNA-oligonucleotides used in all transfection reactions was 10 nM. Adhesion was measured 30 min post-addition of the cells to the substrate. All data is the mean ± S.E.M of three at least three independent experiments (*p < 0.05; calculated by two-tailed t-test analysis).
