Mice were intraperitoneally infected with 2 × 10⁶ focus-forming units (FFU) of DV3P12/08 or with PBS (mock) and blood samples were taken at Day 5 p.i. The levels of AST and ALT were measured using Transaminase CII-Test Wako. The results are expressed as the mean + SD of 5–6 mice per group. *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01.
