(A) PhCRN33 and PhRXLR15 type B sequenced alleles from 7 pathotypes (100, 304, 334, 700, 703, 710 and 730) were respectively associated with resistance profiles of D4, D7, and D8 sunflower lines. (B) Respective associations of PhCRN33_1 and PhRXLR15_1-PhRXLR15_3 observed polymorphisms in 35 Pl. halstedii isolates with resistance (R) profiles of D4, D7, and D8 sunflower lines.
