Fig. 8 — PAMAM-NH₂/asODN but not PAMAM-OH/asODN complexes bind to the cell membrane. Cells were grown on coverslips, and after 70 % confluence, cells were incubated with a PAMAM-NH₂/asODN (charge ratio 1:1) and b PAMAM-OH/asODN (equivalent in weight to 1:1 PAMAM-NH₂/asODN 1:1 charge ratio).
